MARISSA LAUREN, OWNER/HAIR TEAM

Marissa Lauren is a Columbia College alumni with a BA in Theater Arts. Her artistic flair for the dramatic serves her well behind the chair. Her expansive and continual training with beauty techniques allow her to create the total look. Her specialties include hair extensions, wig-work, mastering textured hair, and makeup applications. She has a well-rounded, academic approach to hair. She has 16 years of experience in the beauty industry, seven of which have been dedicated to KEVIN MURPHY. She now holds the distinguished title of DIAMOND KEY Educator

Patty - Stylist/Colorist

Patty is a highly seasoned hair stylist and colorist having over 30 years in the industry during which
time she has worked with well-known Chicago salons such as Studio 110, Ricardo Santiago,
MacDaddy. She presents her clients with unique perspectives, drawing from both her experience
and from her keen ability for active listening. As a result, Patty develops styles customized to the
client. Her patience and knowledge of styles, classic, current and emerging, enable her to turn ideas
into reality. Patty has some of the most loyal customers, many of whom have been with her
throughout her career. This is not only a direct result of Patty’s work, but of her authenticity and of
her love of lively conversation.
