Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to Salon Vie Rebelle, and each one is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and we are happy to help!

We require a credit card for all new clients in order to reserve an appointment.

For appointments cancellations they must be made 24 hours before scheduled appointment time or there will be a 50% service charge to compensate for lost time for your appointment.  Please reschedule or cancel appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled service time to avoid the service charge. 

 

Please know that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to provide the service for what you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
